GAR Corporate Services Pvt Ltd Achieves Five-Star Grading.

GAR Corporate Services Pvt Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have achieved a Five-Star Grading in British Safety Council’s Five Star Occupational Health and Safety Audit. This highest grading, an impressive achievement, was awarded on 26th October 2021. It was a just conclusion of a detailed, quantified, robust, and objective evaluation of our overall approach and demonstration of a strong commitment towards the continual improvement of occupational health and safety management systems, policies, processes, practices, and associated arrangements. It is indeed a proud moment for the company. 
 
    British Safety Council measured performance against best practice benchmarks of GAR Corporate Services Pvt Ltd. and gave a Five Star Grading. Five Star Occupational Health and Safety Audit from the British Safety Council have provided GAR Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. with a worldwide benchmark of our safety management systems against current best practices to enable continual improvement. The salient best practice factors include how a company approaches occupational health, employee well-being, safety culture, allocation of resources to health and safety, and plans for change.
 
    The Policy and Technical Services Director at British Safety Council, Mr. David Parr, said, “The award of a five-star grading following our occupational best practice Health and Safety Audit is an outstanding achievement and is reflective of a proactive organization which is committed to continual improvement in its health and safety arrangements and managing risks to workers’ health, safety, and welfare.” He further added, “GAR Corporate Services Pvt Ltd should be very proud of this achievement.”
 
    The audit process included documentation review, interviews with senior management, employees, and other key stakeholders, together with a sampling of operational activities. The audit studied performance against chief health and safety management best practice indicators. Moreover, they also undertook a detailed review of over sixty component elements.
 
    After achieving the five-star grading following the audit, GAR Corporate Services Pvt Ltd became eligible to enter the British Safety Council Sword of Honour Awards. The award recognizes excellence in the management of health and safety. GAR must build upon the audit findings and provide a written submission on their continuous improvement planning.
